As soon as you register the type of job, location and pay you want, you will be connected to our employer network and will begin receiving JobAlarm notification messages on your cell phone immediately.

A: No. JobAlarm is a free service for applicants.
Q: Why should I update my profile?
A: The more we know about you, the easier it is for us to find you the perfect job. Where you’ve worked in the past, what kinds of jobs you’ve enjoyed the most, how far you are willing to commute to a job—all of this information helps us narrow the search for a perfect match.
Q: Am I applying for a job?
A: You aren’t officially applying for a job until you get a JobAlarm message on your cell phone and choose to contact the JobAlarm employer. Application procedures will vary from employer to employer.
Q: What kinds of jobs can JobAlarm send me?
A: JobAlarm specializes in finding jobs for workers who are on the go including Temporary, Seasonal, Temp-to-Hire, Part-Time and Contract employment for office, clerical, industrial and service positions.
Q: What happens to my information?
A: Your information goes into the JobAlarm database and is made available only to JobAlarm employers.
Q: How long does my application stay in your files?
A. Your application remains “active” until you choose to delete it.
Q: Are you going to send me e-mails?
A: You can specify on your application how you want to receive messages—via cell phone text messaging or e-mail or both.
Q: How can I stop the messages?
A: Just click on Update an Existing Profile and delete your profile from the JobAlarm applicant database.
